SCAD Free Fall

SCAD Free Fall

If you want to live your life to the fullest, it’s always advised to conquer new heights and try new things especially those that will make you even braver. This new year, allow this new game to capture your adrenaline as you free fall from a 150 feet high tower, unattached! Yes, you are reading this right and let me say that again- UNATTACHED! This extreme sport is called SCAD that stands for Suspended Catch Air Device Diving.

Thanks to Montic who invented and presented it back in 1997 right at the world’s popular castle named Neuschwanstein in Germany. This new approach on extreme sports dealing with heights is sure to be exhilarating.

So how exactly are you going to do this? It’s actually simple. You as the rider will be released from a 150 feet height to actually free fall. You will be unattached but not to worry because you will fall to a very soft and bouncy material almost like that of a trampoline which is called the suspended catch air device. One of the staff will activate a descend system and eventually releasing you after their given countdown.

After dropping from a free fall, I can guarantee you that the feeling of achieving something massive is actually what you will experience. You might even want to go on to the next round to do it all over again. It is something that you will not forget for the rest of your life.

This activity is also great if you are planning to go on skydiving. This is going to be a good practice! It’s absolutely safe because you will be surrounded by professionals and the system and equipment that a SCAD facility have will guarantee the free fall position of your landing to be precise to the device so there’s really nothing to worry about and just have fun. This system is called the CFF or the Controlled Free Fall.

What I like about this activity is that you don’t need to undergo some training just to participate. It’s totally safe that you can jump right in the program whenever you feel like taking a break and just want to free fall! There already has been a number of people who participated and counting them would lead us to 20,000 heads who have dared to free fall and actually had a safe landing. It’s about time to be part of that statistics!

Now if you’re looking for an activity to raise some funds for a charity program, this surely is a good one! Not only will you be able to do good work and help some people, but you will also have fun! Contact the nearest facility in your town that organizes this sport and they could actually help you out on the details on how to go about the charity program that you will be running.

So take a time off and defy gravity. It’s going to be more than just a wonderful experience as you take the word freedom on the next level!
